As a new business owner, I was amazed at how much of my time and money was taken up with minutiae before I even opened the doors. I had seen ads claiming how easy it was to design your own website, I thought I’d have the time and skill set to do it.
After signing up for a “build your own” website, I soon realized the process was much more involved than I anticipated and I was in way over my head. Luckily Lora came to the rescue.
After discussing the look and feel we wanted, she built the site from the ground up, making sure everything worked properly and, most importantly, looked great. She started us out with stock photos and slowly replaced these with actual pictures from the business as they were available. In addition, she gave us great direction in setting up and maintaining our social media outlets (which have contributed roughly 50% to our client base). Lora regularly checks and maintains our website, keeping up with behind the scenes updates, as well as making sure our Events page is current. She regularly checks in with us with update recommendations and quickly makes any edits we suggest.
